Hello! I’m Kacey. For the past 15 years, I’ve been creating ownable and effective brand work for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and agencies. For the past 8, I’ve been leading teams doing it.
Others might call me a real hoot. And, sure, that may be true. But, I also identify as what I like to call a “responsible creative.”
In other words, I’m a true creative problem solver. I love to wield the power of brand to address actual business challenges. And I like to have fun doing it—in fact, I think it’s necessary for making great work.

Led multiple teams on creative development and production for all Peacock brand work, including the organization’s first ever 360 brand campaign consisting of TVC, organic social and influencer creative.
Oversaw creative direction on rebrand and brand-level projects with award-winning, globally celebrated external creative partners.
Cultivated a deep bench of like-minded and talented freelancers including copywriters, art directors, designers, producers and creative ops managers.
Apple
Associate Creative Director, Copywriter

Conceptualized and wrote video content for apple.com, the #1 most viewed retail website in the world with an average of 800 million views per month.
Led casting sessions with real Apple retail employees auditioning for our video content, directing their performance leading up to and on shoot days.
Closely collaborated with cross-functional product, operational and legal partners to represent Apple products and programs with extreme precision, elegance and simplicity.
Noom
Creative Director, Brand
2020-2023
Led comprehensive verbal and visual rebrand in partnership with award-winning design agency partner, resulting in 46% higher conversion than benchmarks. Worked cross-functionally to implement the new brand across every internal and external touchpoint. Trained external agencies and our 4,000+ employees how to use the new system, with a focus on tone of voice.
Oversaw creative development and production for multiple global mid-funnel and direct TVC campaigns, converting 20% higher than benchmarks.
Scaled a small creative crew to a global marketing organization in under two years. Cultivated a talented team of a dozen art directors and copywriters, guiding their TVC and social content ideas from concept to execution.
Hims & Hers
Creative Director, Brand
2019-2020
Orchestrated creative launch of the Hers brand and new company verticals, including Hims & Hers mental health and skincare.
Spearheaded collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and produce OOH and digital advertising for Hims hair loss and sexual health products.
Oversaw creative development for dozens of product launches in partnership with Target and Jennifer Lopez.
SoFi
Creative Director, Brand
2018-2019
Oversaw creative development and production for multiple brand, mid-funnel and direct advertising campaigns.
Directed creative on a global TVC campaign with 96 video assets and a $750m media budget.
Coached SoFi’s in-house creative team on brand and acquisition work, raising the bar on quality of work across the board. Later, acquired the SoFi account for advertising agency Eleven Inc., and acted as key creative liaison between the two organizations.
